Acceptance of these terms and conditions by using this service you agree and bound by the terms and acknowledge as a customer the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information only for En-route delivery service. When using N-ROUTE2U delivery services, delivering products to customers while their   en-route to their destination services, pickup, storefront , self delivery, or any N-ROUTE2U product or service , please read these  ( "TERMS AND CONDITIONS ") carefully.

By entering information and executing  the sign-up sheet with N-ROUTE2U or using the platform ( "MERCHANT OR YOU " ) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Also by entering into these "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" with N-ROUTE2U, you agree to comply with applicable local laws and guidelines. Additionally you understand and acknowledge that you may be waiving your rights and opting out, fee limits under certain laws.
